I combine an engineering, business and doctoral background with 35 years of corporate experience, an entrepreneur's reflex and an advisor's perspective.
I started my career in field sales, going door to door. While in my final year at Istanbul Technical University, I founded and ran my first company. Over the following years I worked inside organizations as sales and marketing director, business development director, business solutions director and general manager. Since 2004 I have worked as a founder, investor and board member.
Today I work with leading companies in Türkiye and on international programs across the Gulf, the Middle East and Eastern Europe on strategy, customer centricity, next-generation leadership and strategic marketing. I have taught at Koç University's Executive Development Center for more than ten years.
A good output, for me, is not only correct. It has a clear logic, it can be applied, taught and shared. That is why my work usually becomes a model, a framework or a roadmap.
